These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the linkeolin.click website and any photography services booked with Halide Portrait Studio ("Halide," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1108 East 6th Street, Suite B, Austin, TX 78701. By booking a session or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Halide Portrait Studio provides professional portrait and headshot photography services, including corporate headshots, personal branding portraits, executive portraits, actor/model headshots, and related retouching and gallery delivery, as described on our website.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer of 25% of the session fee is required to reserve your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your session. We accept major credit cards and electronic payment. Pricing listed on our website is subject to change without notice for future bookings; the price confirmed at booking will be honored for that session.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans change. Our policy is as follows:
- Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice: retainer may be applied to a new session date within 90 days.
- Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or "no-shows," forfeit the retainer.
- Halide reserves the right to reschedule due to studio equipment failure or emergency, in which case any payments made will be fully refunded or applied to a new date at the client's choice.
Because sessions are custom, personalized services scheduled for a specific date and time, standard consumer "cooling-off" withdrawal periods applicable to certain other types of purchases do not apply. This cancellation policy governs instead.
4. Image Delivery
Edited digital galleries are typically delivered within 48 hours of the session date, though delivery times may vary during high-volume periods. Print and product orders are fulfilled through a third-party lab and may take additional time.
5. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property
Halide Portrait Studio retains copyright ownership of all photographs taken during a session. Clients purchasing a session receive a personal-use and, where applicable, commercial/professional-use license (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, press) to the specific images delivered to them, as agreed at booking. Images may not be sold, sublicensed, or used to create derivative marketing products without written permission. Halide may use session images in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the session.
6. Reshoot Guarantee
If a client is dissatisfied with their final selected images due to a studio error (e.g., lighting or focus issues), Halide will offer one complimentary reshoot within 30 days of the original session, at our sole discretion.
7. Client Conduct
Clients agree to arrive on time and to treat studio staff and equipment with respect. Halide reserves the right to decline or end a session for abusive or unsafe conduct without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halide Portrait Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the session in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or lost opportunity.
9. Website Use
Content on linkeolin.click, including text, images, and design, is the property of Halide Portrait Studio and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its normal operation.
10. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
